sparkling wine

tomorrow, i will hopefully be drinking my new wine, which contains of gold. (blue nun sparkling gold edition actually.) hahah, can't wait! if i'll puke, i will certainly have to scream "i am puking gold!!".

i just received my pay-check and i am pleased with that. the problem, however, is that i struggle to find something to use my money on. SALE, SALE, SALE everywhere. but i am tired of it. tired to stare at the same clothes, every time i am entering a store. a luxury problem, whatsoever, but it still buggs me.

2008 came to an end, yesterday. a year that ended with the death of my beloved aunt. she fought against cancer for three years, but had to let go yesterday - the day after my eighteenth birthday. sad, but true. we knew she had to let go, sooner or later. it is, however, unbelievably sad.

i still dressed up and tried to have some fun at new years eve. alcohol + sadness isn't the best combination, however.

last day as a minor+some heavy music

wow. i am blogging almost two days in a row! i guess i have turned in to some kind of blog-mood recently..

however, i am at the moment enjoying my last day as a minor; tomorrow, i'll turn eighteen. i guess i'll start the day by visiting my workplace (meny) and buy some corona beer! thihi. later on, i will be seen at the "vinmonopolet", buying wine+passõa all by myself for a change. in the evening, however, me and my four best friends will be eating mexican food on my parents bill. what a life i'll be living!! not to mention; everyone forget my birthday, so they send up fireworks on the 31. of december every singe year, to honor me. i am one lucky girl.

joyeux noël

christmas eve arrived at a very short notice this year. and all of a sudden, it was over. the most important element, however, is certain to be the vacation. the gifts is important as well, but not compared to the wonderful vacation we receive during christmas time! i take fully advantage of it, and try to read to my driving license at much as i barely manage (not rly).

to party wih the stars

Yesterday, after waking up 9 in the morning and then work for 8 hours, was it finally the time for the so-called artist party! i was chosen to be gwen stefani by the hosts, which turned out to be pretty awesome. people who were invited was for example the spice girls, ABBA, madonna, kurt cobain, hannah montana and so on!
i was inspired by gwen's earlier period, which turned in to a very "red lipstick and curly hair" or just very marilyn monroe kind of outfit. i did also put some polkadots in the outfit, so it was in my opinion a little "gwen'ish" as well.

(please don't mind the pouty mouth.. i don't know why i did so, perhaps because of the wine, but it was almost the one and only picture of my whole outfit, despite the shoes..)

i would love to post some pictures of the other participants as well, but i am not sure if they would be fine with it though!

haha. i was attending the so-called HUMOR-GALLA with jon almås, harald eia & bård tufte johansen on friday! it was an incredible night, mainly because they, at the end of the show, asked me to come on the stage with them! it was awesome. they asked me all kind of silly questions regarding my boyfriend's parents. hilarious. at the end i also got a kiss on the cheek from harald eia (but i rather wished for jon almås to do so instead)!

tonight on the other hand, i'll attend a christmas party (julebord) with my job (meny). i guess that'll either be extremely awesome or a little embarrassing. embarrassing, because i guess 70% of the participants are over 30 years old. there are some on my age, though. i just hope they don't mind that i am 17 years and 11 months old, in other words: i hope they'll give me permission to drink. because i'll definitely need it.

i hadn't the time to post it yesterday, so i did it now instead. the christmas party was actually entertaining. hahah. always fun to learn the boss how to dance to r&b.)

i am oh so naive

i miss my shoes.. the stupid bianco store was extremely unprofessional when i had to give them my boots back because they already were teared down (the sole fell off) just after 1-2 months of usage. frustrating. they wouldn't even loan me a pair of shoes. i could loan some after 4 weeks though, but by then i would have to buy a new pair of boots anyway! so now, just when the first snow fell, i have to use some thin, cold sneakers. stupidity.
iknow iknow, a complaining post. always entertaining..

so just to take it a little longer: i'm stuck in school and school projects, tests and so on. not much time for blogging, but i don't blog often anyway, so i don't think anyone mind!

i don't know if you heard, but hove almost had to shut down. however, arendal kommune decided to give them some millions, so they seem to manage to create a hovefestival 2009! i'm so excited!

me & k's trip to oslo was great. it was a good idea to crash my brothers apartment, and get two days in the "big city".

it felt extremely good to do something different for a change. you get pretty tired after weeks and weeks of real hardwork on the schoolbench..

now i'm back in school, hopefully a little more "ready to work" than earlier!
