to party wih the stars

Yesterday, after waking up 9 in the morning and then work for 8 hours, was it finally the time for the so-called artist party! i was chosen to be gwen stefani by the hosts, which turned out to be pretty awesome. people who were invited was for example the spice girls, ABBA, madonna, kurt cobain, hannah montana and so on!
i was inspired by gwen's earlier period, which turned in to a very "red lipstick and curly hair" or just very marilyn monroe kind of outfit. i did also put some polkadots in the outfit, so it was in my opinion a little "gwen'ish" as well.

(please don't mind the pouty mouth.. i don't know why i did so, perhaps because of the wine, but it was almost the one and only picture of my whole outfit, despite the shoes..)

i would love to post some pictures of the other participants as well, but i am not sure if they would be fine with it though!

haha. i was attending the so-called HUMOR-GALLA with jon almås, harald eia & bård tufte johansen on friday! it was an incredible night, mainly because they, at the end of the show, asked me to come on the stage with them! it was awesome. they asked me all kind of silly questions regarding my boyfriend's parents. hilarious. at the end i also got a kiss on the cheek from harald eia (but i rather wished for jon almås to do so instead)!

tonight on the other hand, i'll attend a christmas party (julebord) with my job (meny). i guess that'll either be extremely awesome or a little embarrassing. embarrassing, because i guess 70% of the participants are over 30 years old. there are some on my age, though. i just hope they don't mind that i am 17 years and 11 months old, in other words: i hope they'll give me permission to drink. because i'll definitely need it.

i hadn't the time to post it yesterday, so i did it now instead. the christmas party was actually entertaining. hahah. always fun to learn the boss how to dance to r&b.)

i am oh so naive

i miss my shoes.. the stupid bianco store was extremely unprofessional when i had to give them my boots back because they already were teared down (the sole fell off) just after 1-2 months of usage. frustrating. they wouldn't even loan me a pair of shoes. i could loan some after 4 weeks though, but by then i would have to buy a new pair of boots anyway! so now, just when the first snow fell, i have to use some thin, cold sneakers. stupidity.
iknow iknow, a complaining post. always entertaining..

so just to take it a little longer: i'm stuck in school and school projects, tests and so on. not much time for blogging, but i don't blog often anyway, so i don't think anyone mind!

i don't know if you heard, but hove almost had to shut down. however, arendal kommune decided to give them some millions, so they seem to manage to create a hovefestival 2009! i'm so excited!

me & k's trip to oslo was great. it was a good idea to crash my brothers apartment, and get two days in the "big city".

it felt extremely good to do something different for a change. you get pretty tired after weeks and weeks of real hardwork on the schoolbench..

now i'm back in school, hopefully a little more "ready to work" than earlier!

casual in english !

well, i figured out, mainly because of the awful grade I got on my English test the other day, that i should start to write in english. again. (did it in my, eh 3 first posts?) it's not to get "international readers" or something.

i will, hopefully, improve my english skills. which is extremely important to me.

i just have to mention that i don't care if anyone read this blog. from now on I'll write when I have something on my mind. next time can be tomorrow, or in three months.

i don't mind comments though :)

Jeg vil virkelig ut å reise i høst! Motatt drøssevis med glossy reisekataloger i posten, med reisetips til både Paris, London og New York.

Jeg vil ut.  Jeg vil vekk. Jeg vil reise fra lille Norge. Ikke engang en oslotur kan hjelpe nå!

Ja, skolen. Den endeløse delen av livet.

Frem til fredag er det engelsk prøve, samf.øk prøve et un projet francais. U-kult.

For ikke å snakke om at jeg ikke har blogget på, eh, 1 mnd ? Enda mer u-kult. Syns vel uansett det er bedre å la vær å blogge, enn å blogge massevis av meningsløs svada.

Siden det er såpass lenge siden burde jeg vel ha noe fenomenalt på lager. Et ultrakult innlegg som fenger de fleste! Dengang ei. Ville bare vise livstegn i grunn, for selv om skolen holder på å ta livet av meg er jeg fortsatt i live. For hvis du regner det som å ha livet i behold hvis det går ut på å "stå opp grytidlig, dra til skolen, halvsove fra 8-15, dra hjem, gjøre lekser, sove" så, ja. Da lever jeg livet fullt ut!

Nei-da, det er ikke så ille. Bare nesten.

nytt (skole)år, nye muligheter?

Alle tre par sko er fra TopShop, veske er seconhand, jeans fra Cheap Monday, top med rysjer fra BikBok, I(L)CPH t-skjorte fra turist-shop, to rysje-hotpants fra TopShop, skjerf fra H&M, singlet+vest, marineblått skjørt og grå genser, alt fra Urbanoutfitters. + litt andre småting som ikke er med på bildet.

Litt shopping ble det, jo. Ikke overdrevent mye. Akkurat passe mye etter min mening. Hadde jeg ikke måtte sette av penger til mat+div så hadde det nok blitt litt mer av det riktignok..

Da er sommerferien straks over for min del, og livet kommer igjen til å rettes mot den groteske virkeligheten; stå opp grytidlig hver morgen, tilbringe timesvis på skolen, hjem å gjøre lekser, sove.

Sommeren har uansett vært fabelaktig, så skal ikke klage. Jeg føler jeg har brukt den godt, fått "ladet batteriene" som enkelte lærere så fint kaller det, og hatt det riktig så morsomt fra tid til annen.

Det nye skoleåret startes for min del som VG2 elev på allmennfaglig linje. Jeg skal ha samfunnsøkonomi, rettslære, international english og matte S1 som programfag, hvis noen bryr seg..
